The Vulcan 14 only comes with one CPU option - the Intel i9-9940X. We’ve tweaked and tested this performance monster until satisfied that it would run at 4.6Ghz all day, every day.

A Corsair Hydro H100i makes sure that all thermal worries disappear, leaving only rock-solid performance for your toughest computational work.

It’s about more than just having the right CPU and cooler though. There were many candidate X299 motherboards, but we hand-picked they WS X299 SAGE for it’s server-grade construction and rich set of features. Not least of which is support for Quad SLI!

As standard your Vulcan 14 comes with 32GB of fast DDR4, but thanks to the SAGE motherboard you can have as much as 128GB installed. The latest Samsung EVO SSD technology provides OS drive services, with a generous 2TB mechanical drive for all your project data needs.

The other jewel in this crown is the Nvidia RTX 2070. With 8GB of RAM and a market-leading price-to-performance ratio, it’s the perfect companion to this multithreaded monster.

Of course, you can install virtually any four-card combination you like, although you may want to opt for one of the higher-specification PSU units if you do end up filling all GPU slots. Otherwise, the standard 850W gold-rated unit will keep you going for years.
