We’ve fitted the W650 with six powerful and quiet fans as standard, but it can be expanded to house nine fans in total. This cases provides peerless air cooling, which is why we’ve been able to chill the four Xeon E7 CPUs with the massive (but effective) Supermicro 2U passive heat sinks, paired with Antec Nano Diamond thermal compound.

As standard you get a 32-core configuration, but we can push that all the way to 96 cores and an INSANE 4TB of RAM. We’ll even up that to 4TB via special order, speak to us if you need a system with the ultimate RAM configuration

As you can see, there’s a reason this system needs a 1500W PSU. This 80-plus modular supply will keep everything running reliably and leave spare capacity for future upgrades.

GPU power is provided by your choice of the latest Quadro cards, but a second Quadro or GeForce card can be added easily. The excellent Quadro P2000 is standard, but you can move up or down the range as needed.

Thanks to the W650’s incredible ability to be both cool and quiet while housing as many a 96 cores and 192 threads, it’s uniquely suited to software packages that will eat as many threads as you can provide.

All that RAM and CPU power needs fast secondary storage, so we’ve fitted a Crucial MX300 SATA III drive to keep a balanced flow of data.
