Depending on the product with the longest lead time in your order, shipping will occur within 2 to 4 weeks.
For your peace of mind, insurance is included on all packages by default. Should the unlikely happen and damage is done to your package, we will request that the computer is returned to us before shipping a replacement.
In addition to automatic insurance, your purchase is also covered by a 30-Day Money-Back warranty. However, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Return postage is to be the responsibility of the client. Should a Microsoft Windows installation be activated by the end-user, its price cannot be refunded. Although, clients can of course transfer a Windows licence to another computer. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances.
In order for us to honor the 30-day warranty all original accessories, manuals and discs must be returned with the computer in the original packaging as shipped. In the case of an activated copy of Microsoft Windows, as mentioned above, users may keep that material as it is not refunded and remains their property.
Return shipping is covered by customer at all times and we will cover shipping back to your location if under RMA.
