Titan A270 - AMD Ryzen 7000 Series Professional Workstation Computer - up to 16 cores

It’s time to put the humble quad-core CPU to rest as the mainstream standard in computing. Thanks to AMD, the entire market has shifted beyond a mee four cores and four threads. The success of AMD Ryzen has pushed Intel to provide CPUs with more CPU cores at mainstream prices. However, the CPU giant still has nothing that matches the core-per-dollar offering of Intel. Now, with the latest Ryzen 7000 series AMD has essentially reached per-core performance parity with processors in the same price range, while giving you more of those cores.

To put the cherry on top of this CPU dessert, the Ryzen 4rd Gen chips come with a raft of cutting-edge features you’d expect to pay way more for than AMD is asking. Such as PCie 4.0 support, USB 3.2 and support for error-correcting memory. In a mainstream CPU!

The bottom line is that AMD have given us the perfect line of CPUs to build a serious workhorse for a lower price than has ever been possible before. If you thought the A270 has been a good deal in the past, you’re in for a pleasant surprise.

For the A270 we’ve chosen Ryzen 5 7600X that offers 6 cores and twelve threads. That makes this workstation the perfect weapon to take care of moderate multi-thread applications. Whether it’s multi-track audio editing, video editing or CPU-based 3D rendering, the A270 will put up a serious fight. If you need more power, you can opt for (up to) a Ryzen 9 CPU with 16 cores and 32 threads.

Although the Ryzen 5 7600X is marketed to a wide range of users, we’ve turned it into a proper workstation weapon by pairing it with a workstation-grade motherboard. The ASUS ProArt X670E-Creator WiFi 6E AM5 ATX Content Creator Motherboard unlocks the full potential of the CPUs. It supports DDR5 memory and has three PCie 4.0 x16 slots! That’s some serious future-proofing right there. It’s also equipped with amazing power and heat management features, ensuring total stability, no matter how long or how hard you push your A270.

We’ve thrown in 32GB of DDR5 5200 memory to get you started, but thanks to the Asus motherboard that can be expanded to a whopping 128GB. The motherboard also enables exceptionally fast M.2 storage and the 500GB drive included as standard absolutely flies with the throttle open all the way. With a massive 4TB mechanical drive for general storage.

The T400 workstation GPU from Nvidia is a great general-purpose workstation card, but the sky's the limit and you can add top-tier gaming cards or bleeding edge workstation GPUs, as you wish.
