Titan A375 - Dual AMD EPYC Rome 7002 Series Scientific Research Workstation PC up to 128 cores

It’s not just a marketing move to use the word epic to describe this new enterprise CPU generation from AMD. They’ve bumped up the memory channels, PCIe lanes and RAM capacity to insane levels.

To contain this cutting-edge tech, we’ve opted for one of our trusted Phanteks chassis products. It looks good in a corporate setting or in the laid back environment of a Silicon Valley startup. The baseline loadout includes two eight-core EPYC CPUs, which gives you 16 threads. The A375 does however support up to two 64-core CPUs for 128 cores and a staggering 256 threads.

Those pumping cores are kept cool using Noctua NH-U12S 120mm coolers. A reliable solution with good noise levels. All A375 models ship with at least 32GB of RAM. However, thanks to EPYC and the Supermicro motherboard we’ve chosen, you can bump that up to a full terabyte if you so choose.

CPU duties are handled by a new Pascal-generation Nvidia Quadro P2000 with 5GB of GDDR5. A second card is available for GPU or high-end GPU rendering applications. It takes a special hard drive to keep up with all these fast components, which is why the main drive is one of our favorites. The Crucial MX300 is one fast SATA III SSD.

With this many threads on tap and serious amounts of turbo to take advantage of good thermal design, there’s plenty of power on tap. CPU-based 3D-rendering is a snap on the A375. Need to crunch scientific numbers? Video transcoding? How about Big Data analytics? The EPYC Rome was built to take 24/7 100% load from the ground up. It will take whatever you throw at it.

The A375 brings the reliability of enterprise CPU technology to your desk at a price that compares with mere professional CPU quality. It’s a rare case of the stars aligning with a machine that really is the best of both worlds.

Many workstations here at Titan Computers can be described as “Epic” but only a select few are EPYC. The A375 packs not one, but TWO AMD EPYC Rome CPUs. These processors were made to work in tough cloud and data center conditions, but we’ve discovered that they are also “EPYC” in a desktop workstation. The Titan A375 beings the power of massive multi threading to your fingertips like never before.
